At TheDecor4you, we strive to deliver exceptional decoration services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.
Cancellation & Refund Timeline
48+ Hours Before Event
100% Refund: Cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the event and receive a full refund.
24-48 Hours Before Event
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund as materials may have already been prepared.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Event
No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, as decorations are prepared in advance.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- A refund confirmation email will be sent once processed
- For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details required)
Service Issues
If you experience any issues with our service:
- Contact us immediately on the day of the event
- We will do our best to resolve the issue on-site
- If unresolved, we will offer a partial or full refund based on the nature of the issue
- Photo/video evidence may be required for refund claims
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the decoration is set up
- Venue-related issues beyond our control
- Weather conditions (outdoor events)
- Balloon deflation due to venue conditions (AC, sharp objects, etc.)
- Client-caused delays preventing timely setup
Modification of Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, though additional charges may apply.
